Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is required.
• 5–8 years of related experience in finance.
• Experience in financial reporting, risk management, and budgeting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly financial performance analyses and shares findings with management.
• Prepares the financial sections of the monthly Board of Directors packet and ensures data integrity.
• Assesses financial risk of strategies and initiatives; coordinates with partners and senior management.
• Oversees profitability across levels and communicates with business leaders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Responsible for regulatory reporting, including Call Reports and collateral reporting.
• Leads the annual budgeting process with cross-organizational input.
• Assists with investment program functions and transaction support.
