Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, coaching, and performance management is preferred.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and coaching to staff, including performance evaluations.
• Plan budgeting, forecasting, and standard management reporting.
• Oversee month-end close and client operating profit responsibility.
• Develop and enforce financial policies and controls.
• Collaborate with Operations to support strategic initiatives.
