Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks a Finance Director to lead NWRDC's financial operations and long-term fiscal health. Reporting to the Executive Director, the role oversees accounting, budgeting, reporting, forecasting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance while guiding the finance team.

The position also prepares financial analyses, supports audits, reviews contracts, and provides strategic financial guidance to leadership. Strong background in government accounting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of job-related experience preferred or a two-year degree with ten years related experience.
• Government accounting and/or legal experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team and oversee accounting operations, budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare financial analyses, support audit activities, review financial components of contracts and resolutions, and provide strategic financial guidance to leadership.
