Southwire Company, a leader in wire and cable manufacturing, seeks a Director of Finance to drive financial performance and oversee FP&A, budgeting, and reporting. This role partners with manufacturing, operations, and commercial leadership to provide deep financial insights for growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will lead a finance team, design scalable processes, and guide capital allocation while ensuring compliance and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting.
• 8–11 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• CPA, CMA or CGMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of finance professionals while ensuring adherence to policies and objectives.
• Partners with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to drive financial performance.
• Oversees FP&A activities, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Designs and optimization of financial systems, processes and KPIs.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and internal controls across the organization.
• Provides strategic insights to influence business decisions and capital allocation.
• Manages external audits and coordinates with auditors and leadership.
• Mentors staff and drives a high-performance culture.
