• Assists in development and implementation of annual departmental budget with leadership.
• Prepares and analyzes financial reports for internal and external purposes.
• Develops standard performance reports and provides guidance to department staff.
• Implements progressive discipline and documents all information.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
