Job summary

KDC-ONE is seeking a Director of Strategic Finance & Value Creation in Saddle Brook, NJ. You will partner with the CFO to drive enterprise-wide analyses, build value-oriented frameworks, and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve earnings and cash generation in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

The role requires deep financial modeling, ability to translate complex analyses into executive-ready recommendations, and a track record of delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate development, or strategic finance/FP&A.
• Experience in PE-backed or industrial manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of analysis driving measurable financial or operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CFO in enterprise-wide profitability, margin, and cash flow analysis across units, sites, customers, and products.
• Build analytics linking operational drivers to financial outcomes to prioritize value-creation initiatives.
• Quantify, track, and report value-creation initiatives with accountability for targets.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for real-time performance against the value-creation plan.
• Lead cross-functional projects and provide ad-hoc strategic finance support.
