Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance career progression, hospitality experience preferred.
• 2+ years in Director-level leadership within hospitality or complex environments.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, Business or related field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to interact with diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly/annual financial statements and variance analyses with department managers.
• Lead hotel on/off-site accounting, budgeting, month-end close, and cash management.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive annual business plan aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate external audit processes and ensure accurate reconciliations and reports.
• Mentor and coach finance team; empower with financial insights.
