Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance career progression; hospitality, retail, or related industry preferred.
• 2+ years in Director-level leadership within hospitality or complex environments.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, Business or related field preferred.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Lead the year-end close, budgeting, and cash management with timely reporting.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive annual business plan aligned with objectives.
• Mentor and coach the finance team and support development of future leaders.
• Collaborate with owners’ representatives and key stakeholders to drive value.
