Job summary

Payroll Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Finance & Accounting to lead our Finance Department and serve as a key member of the leadership team.

The role oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, internal controls, compliance, audits, and strategic planning. The Director will lead the Client Accounting and Client Tax teams, ensure accuracy of financial information, improve processes, and partner with executives to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance related field.
• 10+ years progressive accounting/finance experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and internal controls.
• Experience managing audits, compliance activities and accounting operations.
• CPA preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance & Accounting to lead our Finance Department and serve as a key member of our leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, internal controls, compliance, audit coordination, and strategic financial planning.

The Director will provide leadership to our Client Accounting and Client Tax teams, ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information, develop and improve financial processes, and partner with executive leadership to support business decisions and organizational growth. This position requires both strategic leadership and hands-on financial management experience.
