Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Chicago is seeking a Finance Director for R&D, Commercialization & Marketing Finance to lead strategy and end-to-end financial stewardship across R&D, Marketing, and Innovation.

You will partner with the President of R&D and the CMO, supervise a team, manage budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analyses, and oversee spend governance for media and product investments. This role offers a visible leadership track within Kraft Heinz's global finance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in category, corporate FP&A, or BU finance; media finance experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence senior management.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, attention to detail, multitasking ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders and agencies.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SAP, Tableau; familiarity with MediaTools a plus.
• Ability to simplify processes and create efficiencies.
• Self-starter, willing to take senior-level responsibility and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic business partner to the President of R&D and the CMO.
• Drive insights to optimize investments across R&D and Marketing.
• Maintain a roadmap of initiatives with ROI/value tracking.
• Align senior stakeholders across functions to drive outcomes.
• Represent Finance in executive forums and planning cycles; prepare Leadership Team materials.
• Provide Finance partnership on Resource Allocation, Innovation, Renovation, and Productivity.
• Collaborate with Marketing on eCommerce, Insights, Digital Platforms, and Brand initiatives.
• Lead analytics and budgeting for the R&D and Marketing orgs.
• Develop cross-functional networks to achieve business objectives.
