Job summary

Körber Pharma Inc. in Fargo, North Dakota, seeks a Director of Finance to lead financial statements, monthly close, tax, compliance and governance for the US operations, with a focus on manufacturing accounting.

You will manage the Accounting, Controlling and IT teams, drive forecasting, cost center structures, and ERP initiatives, partnering with executive leadership to steer strategic planning and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading finance in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and corporate reporting.
• ERP and SAP experience with cost accounting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Direct preparation of financial statements and monthly close.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee tax, compliance and governance activities.
• Manage accounting, controlling and IT leadership teams.
• Coordinate with executives on strategic planning and performance.
• Evaluate opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
