Job summary

Legends Global seeks a seasoned finance professional to lead all financial and accounting activities for the Regent Bank Amphitheater in Oklahoma. This role directs budgeting, payroll, cash flow, and reporting, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of supervisory financial management experience, strong general and cost accounting knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college
• 5–7 years of supervisory experience in public accounting or financial management
• Strong knowledge of general and cost accounting
• Excellent math skills and numerical aptitude
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in accounting spreadsheets and word processing software

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management, budgeting, purchasing, and payroll in compliance with laws and Legends Global policies.
• Monitor contract compliance and coordinate risk management and insurance.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, annual reports, and other financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, asset purchases, and accounting records.
• Direct internal controls, ledgers, receivables, and expenses.
• Coordinate year-end and external audits.
