Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Market Director of Finance to lead financial operations across five Marriott hotels in Indianapolis.

You will partner with GMs and executives to plan budgets, forecast performance, and drive profitability while maintaining strong internal controls. The role requires deep hospitality finance expertise, GAAP/USALI proficiency, and a track record of multi-property leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3+ years hotel accounting experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with GAAP and USALI is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations across five Indianapolis Marriott properties.
• Develop annual operating budgets and provide forecasts.
• Analyze performance data to maximize profitability.
• Ensure GAAP, USALI, internal controls compliance.
• Review P&L and balance sheets; manage audits.
• Advise executives on financial issues for decision-making.
• Lead accounting team; drive performance and development.
