Job summary

White Lodging seeks a Market Director of Finance to lead strategic financial operations for five Marriott-branded hotels in Indianapolis, IN. You will guide budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, partnering with General Managers to optimize profitability across five properties.

Ideal candidates bring multi-property hotel finance experience, strong GAAP/USALI knowledge, and advanced analytical and communication skills to drive sound business decisions for the cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3+ years hotel accounting experience preferred.
• Experience in multi-property or cluster finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations across five Indianapolis Marriott properties, including reporting, budgeting, and cash controls.
• Collaborate with General Managers to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
• Provide analytics to maximize profitability while ensuring GAAP and USALI compliance.
• Guide executive leadership on operating and financial issues across all five properties.
