Qualifications

• 4-6 years of financial management experience in the health care environment.
• Progressive and responsible financial management experience.
• Knowledge of health care delivery system and/or healthcare financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with Avera at Home leadership and finance teams to address changes impacting financial performance.
• Develop system strategies to grow revenue and reduce costs in line with Avera milestones.
• Identify cost savings opportunities across operations and implement improvements.
• Direct analytics resources to identify root causes of operating plan variation.
• Support long-range, capital, and operating planning with consolidated financial methodologies.
• Communicate financial results to leaders and ensure alignment with operational reality.
