Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive experience in finance or accounting.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficient with understanding Work RVUs, physician compensation models, and revenue cycle operations.
• Proven track record of developing and executing financial strategies that drive operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial information to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and building strong relationships.

Responsabilités

• Develops and implements financial strategies aligned with the organization's objectives and mission.
• Collaborates with Health Services Leadership to identify growth opportunities, risks, and financial improvements.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Leads budgeting and forecasting processes and monitors budget variances.
• Ensure robust financial controls and optimize revenue cycle management and cash flow.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and support capital allocation decisions with leadership.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team across the organization.
