Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8–11 years of experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Preferred MPAcc or MBA in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA, CMA, CGMA or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide authoritative leadership over accounting, financial reporting, controls, and performance optimization.
• Oversee GAAP-compliant close processes and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and decision-making.
• Interact with auditors, regulators, and external advisors.
• Coach finance professionals and promote continuous improvement.
