Job summary

Noble Machines, Inc. is hiring its Director of Finance to build the financial backbone as the company scales. You will own FP&A, reporting, and operations end-to-end, partnering with the CEO and leadership to forecast, budget, and guide decision-making.

This is a hands-on, builder role standing up systems from a lean base. Qualifications include 7–10+ years in finance, strong GAAP and reporting skills, and experience with hardware/manufacturing or deep tech.

Qualifications

• GAAP, financial reporting, tax, and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own financial planning & analysis: forecasts, long-range planning, scenario modeling, and cash runway management.
