Job summary

Crane NXT seeks a Senior Manager, Finance for Hardware to lead strategic FP&A, forecasting, and performance management. You will partner with hardware leaders to drive profitable growth and operational excellence, delivering data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions.

Qualified candidates bring 8+ years in finance leadership, strong analytics, and experience with ERP and BI tools. Travel up to 15% and collaboration across global sites are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• Experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial analytics.
• Experience with ERP, BI tools, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as finance business partner to Hardware leadership with strategic recommendations.
• Support annual operating plan, forecasts, and monthly reviews.
• Analyze performance with variance, trend, profitability, and driver analysis.
• Drive revenue, margin, cost management, and working capital initiatives.
• Develop executive reporting and dashboards to inform outlook and risks.
• Evaluate pricing, customer profitability, and capital investments.
• Partner across the organization to improve data quality and reporting capabilities.
• Lead FP&A process improvements and mentor finance talent.
