Job summary

Hollywood Casino York is seeking an experienced finance leader to direct the Accounting, Payroll, Revenue Audit, Purchasing and Warehouse operations within the Finance department. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Seven years accounting, audit, or finance experience; gaming experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word).
• Capable of operating in a highly confidential environment.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the accounting, payroll, revenue audit, purchasing, and warehouse operations.
• Develop, implement, and monitorBudget objectives; manage budgets and variances.
• Ensure scheduling efficiency and control labor costs to meet staffing targets.
• Maintain internal controls with accounting system documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Provide regular financial reporting and strategic insights to executive management.
