Job summary

You will direct payroll processing, labor controls, general ledger, accounts payable, and internal controls, while coordinating monthly close and reporting with property leaders. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA or graduate degree preferred, 8+ years of accounting with 5+ years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• CPA or graduate degree preferred.
• Eight (8) or more years of accounting experience, with five (5) years of managerial experience.
• Strong Excel skills a must.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial statements and information.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual Business Plan and monthly operating reports.
• Oversee revenue accounting, general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and IT.
• Direct supervision: hiring, training, evaluating staff; disciplinary actions.
• Maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance across the finance function.
• Coordinate monthly accounting close and financial reporting at the property level.
