Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Denton is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the hospital's financial operations, including revenue cycle, accounting, and reporting, in a brand-new facility opening in spring 2027. You will supervise billing, collections, and analytics, ensure compliance with GAAP, prepare the annual budget, and report to the CEO and corporate office.

Competenze

• Previous experience in healthcare overall financial operations/controls required.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field required.

Mansioni

• Supervise billing, collections, financial counseling, utilization review and data processing to maintain AR at an acceptable level.
• Ensure internal controls, GAAP compliance, and timely financial reports; manage monthly close and financial statements.
