Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting by business segment.
• Develop monthly forecasts, financial models, and operating dashboards.
• Analyze segment profitability, margin trends, and cost structure.
• Partner with leaders in Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive performance.
• Improve reporting structure, KPIs, and financial visibility.
• Support growth initiatives and acquisition analysis.
