Job summary

AutoNation Fort Myers is seeking a results-driven F&I Manager to lead credit decisions, present financing options, and bridge the gap between Sales and Finance during vehicle purchases.

You will work with a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensure 100% regulatory compliance, and drive profitability through transparent pricing and strong relationships with customers and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and trust.
• Determine customer financing needs and payment options with a consultative approach.
• Present a fully transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals with a focus on profitability.
• Develop product knowledge to inform customers and close deals.
• Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and timely.
