Qualifications

• 12+ years of finance/accounting experience in asset management, investment management, alternative investments, or public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and fund finance.
• Experience with NAVs, financial reporting, valuations, capital activity.
• Leadership experience and ability to operate independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day finance activities for a growing investment platform.
• Oversee NAV review, financial reporting, capital activity, consolidations, expense allocations, and cash management.
• Support investment valuation and related reporting processes.
• Partner with investment and portfolio management teams on ongoing financial matters.
• Coordinate with legal, tax, compliance, accounting, and investment operations teams.
• Manage relationships with external administrators, auditors, and other service providers.
• Lead and coordinate year-end audit activities.
• Develop and improve finance processes, controls, and reporting infrastructure.
• Support a variety of private and alternative investment structures.
