Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC is seeking a senior finance leader to serve as the primary day-to-day finance lead for its insurance-focused asset management business. You will own the finance function, oversee NAV reviews, investor reporting, and cash management, and partner with investment teams and senior stakeholders.

The role requires 12+ years in investment advisory or public accounting, deep US GAAP knowledge, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in investment adviser and/or public accounting firm.
• Strong asset management finance experience; insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with complex investment structures, private investments, fund-of-funds, derivatives, or structured assets.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, fund reporting, valuations, and audit processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
