Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a high-growth startup.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience using modern AI tools in professional workflows.
• Experience operating in fast-paced environments.
• Consistently takes initiative and approaches business challenges and opportunities with clarity, and intention.
• Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting.
• Experience in DTC, consumer, or retail businesses preferred.
• Paid media or marketing performance modeling preferred.
• Experience working with automation tools, AI agents, or data pipelines preferred.
