FINANCE DIRECTOR

Target Compensation: $120,000-$170,000 base salary + annual leadership bonus

Key Responsibilities for the FINANCE DIRECTOR:

• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and day-to-day financial operations.

• Partner with executive leadership on tax, banking, cash management, legal compliance, tariffs, and ERP-driven process improvements.
• Serve as a key liaison with international stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and strategic alignment.

Qualifications for the FINANCE DIRECTOR:

• 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
• Strong accounting, financial reporting, tax, compliance, and ERP expertise, including SAP or comparable systems.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, influencing stakeholders, and communicating effectively with executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
