Job summary

CSAT Solutions LP in Texas seeks a Director of Finance to lead financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. You will oversee P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, coordinate with auditors, and drive strategic financial planning across the organization.

The role requires CPA/CFA/MBA credentials and a degree in finance or related field, with strong Excel and Great Plains skills. You will work with cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and manage complex projects in awarehouse environment.

Qualifications

• CPA, CFA and/or MBA required.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Science or related field.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office with advanced Excel and Great Plains.
• Ability to research and identify problems, develop proposals, and analyze independently with others.
• Ability to problem solve and work independently.
• Able to prioritize tasks and work productively with organizations outside of the Finance Department.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, reporting, and explanations of actual results vs. budget/forecast.
• Coordinate reporting to parent organization, auditors, and others.
• Lead semi-annual budgeting including full P&L, BS & CF.
• Manage monthly forecasting with full P&L, BS, CF.
• Support strategic initiatives with financial analysis and recommendations.
• Identify variances from plan/forecast and communicate actions to management.
• Lead projects to improve reporting and analysis.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis for internal customers.
• Perform due diligence on investments including acquisitions and facilities.

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Director of Finance

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead team in providing analysis, reporting, and explanation of actual results and variances to budget/forecast
• Lead reporting to parent organization, auditors, and others as needed
• Semi-annual budgeting leadership and coordination, including full P&L, BS & CF
• Monthly forecasting responsibilities, including full P&L, BS, & CF
• Support strategic business initiatives, including financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations
• Identify and communicate areas of variance from plan/forecast that require management attention and action
• Lead projects that advance the company's reporting and analysis
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis for various internal customers to address current business requirements
• Perform due diligence analysis of investment opportunities, including acquisitions, facilities investments, etc.

Education, Training and Skills

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and/or an MBA
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Science or a related technical field
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office with advance skills utilizing Microsoft Excel and Great Plains accounting software
• Ability to research and identify problems, develop proposals, conduct analysis independently and in collaboration with others.
• Ability to problem solve and work independently.
• Able to prioritize tasks and work productively with organizations outside of the Finance Department.
• Ability to work with limited supervision

Working Conditions and Essential Abilities & Functions

• Warehouse environment (may not be climate-controlled)
• Occasional standing, crouching and stooping
• Frequent sitting, reaching and twisting
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs.
