Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Finance Analyst to partner with business customers to prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, and to support Hyperion planning and reporting environments.

The role collaborates with Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis and Accounting to ensure accurate P&L representation, meaningful analytics, and timely plan changes. 2–5 years of accounting experience and a Bachelor's in accounting/finance are preferred. On-site in Keene, NH.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of applicable experience, including understanding key accounting principles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel; experience with Access, GL packages and financial reporting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business customers to prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Provide recurring weekly, monthly and quarterly analyses with KPIs and performance vs budget/forecast.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure correct representation of the P&L for business activities.
• Assist with deployment of plan changes and analyses of final budgets.

• Partner with business customers to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts Work with Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis to determine timeline and requirementsPrepare budget and forecast templates ahead of plan, ensure business customers understand requirements and assumptionsAssist business partners in completion of template; prepopulate and review with them for business rationale Assist with deployment of required plan changes and provide analyses of final budgetEnsure Hyperion planning and reporting environments are correct
• Assist in the ongoing assessment of template/dependencies and planning process for potential improvementsIdentify changes, implement and communicate changes

• Create ad hoc analysis to assist business customers as required
• Provide supporting analytics for strategic projects
