Leadership & Core Responsibilities:
Position Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
Experience: 12-15+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate-finance experience, including significant manufacturing experience and leadership of multi-site or global FP&A teams.
Regulatory Compliance: Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to ITAR requirements.
Technical Qualifications: Expertise in analytics, forecasting, financial modeling, operations finance, financial accounting, US GAAP, working capital, and ERP-supported reporting.
Certifications & Competencies:
Systems Proficiency: Google Workspace, ADP, Syspro, QMS, Planful, Power BI, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Core Competencies: Executive partnership, strategic insight, leadership, communication, relationship building, independent issue resolution, constructive curiosity, and technology orientation.
Compensation, Benefits & Legal:
Total Rewards & Compensation: The pay range for this position is $200,000 - $220,000 per year plus a 20% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
