CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Lead tax planning and compliance efforts for firm partners.
• Oversee tax reporting, filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide expert guidance on complex tax matters, including partnership taxation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless tax advisory services.
• Stay updated on tax laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Manage and mentor tax professionals, fostering a high-performance team.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s in accounting or finance required, master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in tax, with a focus on partnership taxation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Expertise in federal and state, tax regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and execute tax strategies.
