LexisNexis Legal & Professional, a leader in AI-enabled legal analytics, seeks a finance professional to govern capital investments and AI-driven revenue/performance metrics for North America and the UK. You will partner with Data, Product, Sales and Finance to ensure metrics are well-defined, reported, and translated into actionable insights for executive decision-making.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in a financial role; deep understanding of P&L metrics and drivers in a global organization.
• Financial Degree or Diploma, MBA or advanced business degree. Excellent knowledge of financial and management accounting, process and systems.
• Experience delivering results in an international environment, with appreciation of culture and legal differences.
• Experience delivering a service through a period of significant change.
• Familiarity with current AI tools and curiosity for AI-powered learning to improve efficiencies.
• Knowledge and appreciation of AP/AR, internal controls and data integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Management reporting: provide timely, sound financial recommendations from insights on future performance scenarios.
• Strategic and tactical planning, budgeting and forecasting; advise on key planning assumptions and trade-offs.
• Investment: identify financial performance areas needing analysis and support capital-related decisions.
• Workflow transformation: partner with AI Enablement to automate finance workflows and improve processes.
• Internal control: provide insight for annual audits and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Relations network: maintain strong relations with CFOs, Directors, Business Partners, Global Analytics and Data Teams.
