Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a seasoned Finance Data Product Owner to lead finance data products across regulatory and financial reporting, FP&A, analytics and AI initiatives. The role partners with Finance, Operations, Data Management and Technology to ensure data accuracy, governance and value realization.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in finance/data roles, strong data governance knowledge, and experience translating business needs into scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting,IS, Data Analytics or related field.
• 8+ years in Finance, Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, FP&A, Data Management or Finance Transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Tech, Operations and Data teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance data product including roadmap, priorities, and business outcomes.
• Serve as the business owner for Finance data domains.
• Define and enforce finance data quality requirements, governance and data standards.
• Partner with Data Governance, Technology Data Teams, and Operations to deliver enterprise data capabilities.
• Drive resolution of data quality, lineage, and control issues affecting Finance processes and reporting.
• Enable trusted data for regulatory reporting, financial reporting, analytics and AI initiatives.
• Measure and improve data product adoption, value realization and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Represent Finance in enterprise data governance and strategic data initiatives.
