YOU ARE

  • A builder who thrives in ambiguous environments and enjoys creating new capabilities, processes, and operating models from the ground up.
  • A trusted business partner who can communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior business leaders.
  • Naturally curious and energized by solving complex business problems through data and analytics.
  • Skilled at influencing without authority and building alignment across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution when needed.
  • A leader who develops teams, drives accountability, and creates a culture of continuous improvement.
YOU HAVE

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data management, data strategy, or related disciplines, including experience leading cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Experience building, scaling, or maturing analytics capabilities, centers of excellence, reporting functions, data governance programs, or enterprise data solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of business intelligence and analytics platforms, with Power BI experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern cloud data environments, data lakes, semantic models, data architecture concepts, and enterprise reporting ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, or related business processes, with experience delivering analytics solutions that support financial decision‑making.
