Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Business Specialist to perform financial analysis of SAP cost data in a hybrid Salem, NJ role. You will extract, clean, and prepare SAP cost data for analysis, supporting the monthly close and budgeting processes. Strong SAP, Excel, and Access skills are required.

Ideal candidates have advanced degrees (CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent) and experience in shared service environments. The position offers a hybrid schedule at 2–3 days in-office at 244 Chestnut St., Salem, NJ.

Qualifications

• Ability to extract information and create reports using Excel/Access.
• Strong data manipulation and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel functions and data query tools.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO and shared service environments.
• Experience in a shared service organization is a plus.
