Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, recommend, and monitor reimbursement and provider strategies.
• Prepare reports measuring the effectiveness of reimbursement and contracting terms and their impact on program costs and utilization.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, issues, and opportunities for cost reduction.
• Monitor market trends and identify emerging business opportunities and risks.
• Monitor private and government websites for reimbursement and policy changes and recommend appropriate implementation.
• Analyze standard plan, provider, financial, and operational reports in response to customer and business requirements.
• Develop functional summary reports and presentations for management.
• Facilitate the definition of data and information requirements.
• Establish efficient methods for assembling and maintaining data.
• Maintain appropriate documentation for reference and audit purposes.
• Validate and maintain the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data and reporting.
• Proactively identify potential data or process issues.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to develop and implement solutions.
• Develop and communicate data adjustments, workarounds, and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall business value.
