RiseMe in Westfield, IN is seeking a Finance Data Analyst to support finance, executive, and operational teams by ensuring data integrity and delivering actionable insights. You will build BI dashboards, interpret data, and communicate findings using SQL, Python, R, Power BI, and Tableau.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
3+ years of data analysis / business intelligence experience.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
Experience with Power BI or Tableau and NetSuite ERP.

Responsibilities

Extract and process data from databases, APIs, and reports.
Design and optimize enterprise-level reporting workflows to improve efficiency.
Ensure data integrity by cleaning data and correcting errors.
Analyze datasets to identify trends and patterns.
Develop reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
Create visual data representations using Power BI or Tableau.
Write and optimize SQL queries against large datasets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and enable consolidated reporting.
Deliver ad hoc analyses to address urgent business concerns in real time.
Establish KPIs and refine metrics to measure business initiatives.
Partner with leadership to guide strategic planning with data insights.
