Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Finance) to manage high-volume calls, receive orders, and schedule daily deliveries. The CSR will use regional knowledge to assist drivers and customers, ensuring accurate data entry and timely service.

Responsibilities include processing payments, coordinating with plants and drivers, and supporting payroll verification and KPI data entry. Strong communication and multitasking are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or 1–3 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and receive orders via centralized call center (up to 450 calls/day).
• Process credit card charges and COD orders.
• Schedule deliveries and coordinate drivers to meet customer demand.
• Enter data for KPIs and assist payroll verification for plants.
• Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers, drivers and staff.
