Ideal candidates will manage high-volume calls, verify orders, and coordinate drivers while upholding safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, DOT regulations, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls and receive orders with high call volumes.
• Schedule daily deliveries and dispatch drivers while maintaining safety and efficiency goals.
• Enter data for KPIs and assist in payroll verification.
• Maintain professional demeanor with customers, drivers, forepersons, and sales teams.
