Job Description

The Administrative Support Worker is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, ordering, data entry, filing, etc. The role requires professional and cheerful interaction with customers, visitors, and employees. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative functions such as distributing mail, ordering and stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
  • Assist management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Greet customers, clients, and employees; answer inquiries or direct calls appropriately.
  • Maintain office memos and postings.
  • Operate technology and software systems such as voicemail, copiers/scanners, PCs, and MS Office.
