Job SummaryDelivers critical operational support and ensures seamless integration across financial systems and modules. This role is centered on resolving technical issues, transforming data for reliability, and enhancing financial workflows to maintain system stability and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary support resource for production issues across core financial modules, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Invoicing, and Billing & Receivables
• Oversee the health and performance of financial system integrations, spanning internal platforms and third-party applications
• Diagnose and resolve integration or system failures promptly to minimize operational impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and manage change requests
• Maintain up-to-date technical and functional documentation to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive expertise in Microsoft SQL Server with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot various data transmission formats (e.g., CSV, XML) using tools such as Compare, Notepad, and REST APIs, with 10+ years of experience.
• Solid background in scripting and development using AIX/Linux Korn Shell and C#, with at least 5 years of application experience.
• Proficiency in .NET development across multiple frameworks, backed by 5+ years of practical use.
• Knowledge of financial ERP systems, preferably Infor SmartStream database structure or a comparable solution, with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience working within Citrix environments and utilizing ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow (1+ year)
