Job summary

Bosch in the UAE seeks a Finance Controller to lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing, ensure compliance, and deliver timely reporting and KPI analyses. You will drive planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow outlooks while partnering with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and regional management.

Responsibilities include data integrity across SAP and iScala, audits and statutory reporting, and actionable profitability recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Controlling, Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or similar finance function.
• Strong knowledge of month-end closing, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities for UAE entity with compliance to financial guidelines and timely reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and KPIs for accuracy.
• Drive planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow outlooks.
