Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• Minimum 10 years of financial/data analysis or public accounting experience supporting construction projects.
• Proven track record managing budgets for industrial facilities, ideally data centers.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and cost management software.
• Ability to present data clearly to technical and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, forecasting, and financial control across all project phases.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Oversee Prime contract financially and sub-contracts.
• Lead cost control strategies across procurement and change orders.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to executives.
• Oversee monthly cost reporting, cash flow projections, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with construction managers, schedulers, and estimators to align financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
