Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience in payment and financial control functions.
• Strong financial control sense and attention to detail.
• Experience in financial and regulatory reporting in banks is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Self-starter, able to multi-task, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle financial control functions, including payment processing and intra-group billing.
• Liaise with stakeholders on payment processing and intra-group billing arrangements.
• Ensure timely processing of payment requests and approvals with proper authority.
• Review ledger and intercompany breaks with local and group counterparties.
• Ensure proper accounting entries for payments and accruals.
• Support financial and regulatory reporting as needed.
• Lead projects as Finance representative on payment and financial control initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes with digital tools.
• Manage requests from auditors related to financial and payment control functions.
