Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and timely delivery of tasks
• Experience with NASA financial reporting is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely delivery of project deliverables and ensure alignment with contract specs
• Prepare, review and submit invoices and ensure billing accuracy
• Maintain billing folders and documentation per guidelines
• Coordinate, plan, and review Estimate at Completion with NEMCON Finance
• Support development of standard operating procedures and internal controls
