Job summary

Chemours is seeking a Finance Consultant – Advanced Performance Materials at our Wilmington, DE headquarters in a HYBRID role. You will support monthly consolidation, perform financial analysis for product lines, and build investment models (NPV/IRR) to guide business decisions. Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel are essential.

The role offers opportunities to automate reporting and expand into business partnering. SAP, SAP Analytics, and Power BI experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of experience in business finance, accounting, or strategic financial analysis.
Solid command of GAAP and the three primary financial statements.
Proficiency with non-GAAP metrics (Adjusted EBITDA, Free Cash Flow, Adjusted Net Income).
Advanced Excel skills; Working knowledge of SAP and SAP Analytics for Microsoft Office; Experience building reports/visualizations in Power BI.

Responsibilities

Support the monthly financial consolidation process for the Advanced Performance Materials unit.
Provide financial analysis to support business decisions for product lines and commercial teams.
Develop financial models (NPV, IRR) to support investment decisions.
Drive reporting and forecasting process improvements and automation initiatives.
Prepare ad hoc scenario analyses; potential to expand to targeted business partnering opportunities.
