Job summary

The Chemours Company is seeking a Finance Consultant – Advanced Performance Materials to join our Hybrid Finance team at our Wilmington, DE headquarters. The role focuses on financial consolidation, business partnering, and strategic analysis to support decision making.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years of experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel; experience with SAP and Power BI is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in business finance, accounting, or strategic financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and the three primary financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows).
• Proficiency with key non-GAAP metrics (Adjusted EBITDA, Free Cash Flow, Adjusted Net Income).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly financial consolidation process of the Advanced Performance Materials business unit.
• Support product line management and commercial teams with financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Develop financial models in support of business investment decisions (NPV, IRR, etc.).
• Drive key reporting and forecasting process improvement and system automation initiatives.
• Prepare ad hoc scenario analyses where applicable.
• Potential to expand role to include targeted business partnering opportunities.
