Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Compliance Project Manager to lead the finance-focused compliance program for a large semiconductor campus. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of federal/state funded finance compliance cases and work with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Contracts, and external auditors.

You will manage case systems, define severity, monitor aging, and ensure documentation and evidence support closure in line with regulations and funding agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, construction, engineering, compliance, finance, or legal studies.
• 8+ years of experience in compliance, construction administration, contracts, project controls, or related field.
• Experience managing corrective actions, investigations, cases, RFIs, or nonconformances.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a centralized finance-compliance case system.
• Define severity levels and escalation thresholds for financial risk.
• Monitor case aging and overdue actions; generate trend analyses.
• Maintain awareness of changes to compliance requirements; support obligations including Davis-Bacon.
