Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Compliance Case Manager to lead the finance‑focused compliance program for a large semiconductor campus. You will own end‑to‑end lifecycle of federal/state funding compliance cases, coordinating with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Contracts, and external auditors to ensure proper documentation and closure.

You will create a centralized case system, define severity levels, monitor aging, and generate trend analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in finance/compliance, construction, or project controls.
• Strong documentation, organizational, and multi‑issue management skills.
• Experience with contractors/subcontractors and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized finance‑compliance case system and lifecycle.
• Monitor case aging, escalation thresholds, and trend analyses.
• Maintain awareness of federal, state, local compliance changes.
• Verify contractor cost accounting, payroll reporting, and responses.
• Produce dashboards and reports for executives; support audits.
